
Gates says all-seeing Web helps government transparency - MIAMI (Reuters) - Microsoft Corp. Chairman Bill Gates credited the Internet on Friday with making "phenomenal" inroads in beefing up government transparency, saying cabinet ministers in Scandinavia now keep little, if anything, private.
