This study seeks to investigate the spread of social networking technologies in the enterprise context to inform a Masters level dissertation.

The survey will be split into three sections to collect data on:

Profile of responder
Type of organisation represented
Type of social networking tools employed and understanding of the term enterprise 2.0.

In particular this survey will focus on the use of:

• Instant Messaging
• Discussion Forums/Bulletin Boards
• Web/Teleconferencing
• Wikis
• Blogs
• SMS/Text messaging
• Social Voting/Ranking
• Social Bookmarking
